Our stores stock a comprehensive range of supplies for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. We offer an extensive selection of food, including specialty diets, as well as treats, toys, grooming essentials, bedding, and accessories. While we don't sell live animals, both our locations are equipped with nearly everything you'll need for your pets.What is your return policy?
We generally accept returns of unopened pet food and unused products within seven days, provided you have the receipt. Some items, such as bedding, may have restrictions due to hygiene concerns. We strive to be accommodating with our clients on most items. For specific details, please reach out to us directly.Can I bring my pet into the store?
We welcome your pets in our stores. We simply ask that dogs are leashed, smaller animals are in carriers, or that you hold them securely in your arms for everyone's safety and comfort.What grooming services do you offer?
We provide comprehensive grooming services including baths, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, de-shedding, and flea treatments. Our skilled groomers can handle virtually any grooming need. Please note that all grooming services are cash only.Do you groom all breeds?

Typically, a grooming appointment lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your pet's size and coat condition. We don't use cages or crates for drying, and we'll care for your pet until you return.What if my pet gets anxious during grooming?
Our certified groomers are experienced in handling nervous pets with patience and care. We can suggest scheduling during quieter periods and offer breaks as needed to ensure your pet's comfort.Do you offer de-shedding treatments?
Yes, we provide de-shedding treatments designed to minimize shedding and promote a healthier coat for your pet.What happens if my pet has fleas?
If we detect fleas on your pet, we'll perform a flea bath for an additional fee before proceeding with grooming. To avoid this situation, we recommend treating your pet for fleas prior to their appointment.
